the good lvl up reward are the unique on 100, legend on 30, and a 5* gatekeeper box (forgot the lvl). Beside that gp (110gp on 172), crystal (iirc the biggest crystal reward is 120 crystal), gold, spirit stone, 5* player box. well I can't complain coz it's freebies tho was hoping some better reward

Yup, my 4spu Lucian can hold it for some time but when every enemy can ohko steal from meiran/sammy/milky i don't really have a chance :/

congratz :D! yea it's possible without legends, my friends's manage to clear it without khirel too :), they use 3 def debuffer front (swap lilith with virgil), maybe it'll be easier.

I would be honest that the Jean strat is harder than the shu strat... no specific strategy tho, just pene-shoot with jean, Meiran buff damage, MW friend with SC, Jean TB, Lucian with Battalion. I'll try to record a video when I clear it this weekend :) (maybe will be more rng heavy after lucian nerf coz mine 4 spu)
