Full Scale Update [Rebirth] Preview

    [Rebirth] Preview

    This update is centralized on simplifying the rules that became so complicated, such as training, evolving, and other systems that has been changed numerous times throughout. We apologize on behalf of all the developers and promise you that minimal changes will follow after this update.

    Evolution Renewal

    Normal / Evolved / Extreme Evolved



    -The "maximum level" restriction required for evolving and extreme evolving will now vanish
    -Upon evolving, the level will not reset, but remain equal after
    -Evolving no longer adds on more stars to the images, but changes the stars' colors instead
    -Upon regular evolution, one passive skill is buffed


    From now on, if the evolution materials are ready, players can be evolved right away. This system was decided to add a clear difference between "Special Training" and "Evolving".
    Also, evolving not only increases the base stats, but one passive skill is buffed.

    Before: Attack increased by 30% upon penetrating, and damage received decreases by 30%
    After: Attack increased by 40% upon penetrating, and damage received decreases by 40%



    Special Training Renewal

    -The increase in level capacity after Special Training has now been removed
    -From now on, a player can reach a maximum of 6* grade (the current 5* grade) via Special Training
    -Maximum level has been changed for each grade

    Difference: Minimal/Maximum Graph. The lighter color is minimal.

    In order of: Natural 1*, Natural 2*, Natural 3*, Natural 4*, Natural 5*, Evolved, Extreme Evolved

    <TA for players lower than 5* grade will now increase slightly after update>

    Currently, the stats at level 50 is approximately equal to the stats at maximum levels after update. For players 3* grade and above, the exp required increases dramatically; however, because the need for exp in order to evolve/extreme evolve has been removed, all in all, the required exp has been decreased by approximately 30%.


    Natural 6* grade player

    -All legendary players are now renewed as natural 6* players
    -When appearing on scouts or draws, they will appear as 6* grades
    -All held legendary players will be updated to 6* after the update
    -6* players have no need to Special Train further, and therefore has an advantage when raising
    -New legendary characters (Planned for release after May) will be added


    Despite the fact that we're breaking our promise made upon release to never release 6* players, because it isn't a high-class update that destroys the game's balance, we ask you to understand our choice.

    Although it's not in this particular update, we plan to introduce 5 new legendary players while celebrating the first birthday of Soccer Spirits. Currently, all plans have been made for the new legendary players, and a famous Japanese illustrator is currently participating in the creation of their illustrations. We plan to update them in order as we finish.


    Luck System: A new reward system

    -From now on, all players now start with a minimum luck of 1
    -The same character (or Litre), when used as a training ingredient (so basically superb training), their luck also adds onto the player
    -The stacked luck stats raises the chance of a bonus award after a match
    -The higher the player's natural grade is, their luck stat takes a higher percentage of the total luck stat you have
    -The ace players' luck stat gains the highest percentage of the total luck stat, and other 10 players (Friend Included) take about 1/3 of the percentage of the ace player
    -For current users, the luck stat will add on naturally according to the characters' superb training history

    The luck system has been added to decrease the pointlessness in acquiring a player that you've already fully superb trained. However, considering that further updates to superb system may break the balance, we kept the effects of luck system relatively low, while keeping the efforts required high.

    Space-Time Continuum Scheduler

    -On the top right-hand corner of the home screen, a calendar icon has been added
    -Upon clicking that icon, you can check the Space-Time Continuum's schedule
    -It shows specific times, and shows up to 7 days ahead of the present day
    -Double drop rate events schedule are also included



    Match Preview Renewal

    -Prior to starting a match, you can check the information about this match
    -On the match preview, you can check the weather, drop awards, missions, story relevance (undeveloped)
    -All matches will have a new background picture (in-game backgrounds will be added on later)



    Environment System

    -On certain matches, the environment system takes effect. When playing a match with a weather, all players receive the weather's penalties
    -Heat: All players' action speed decreased by X%
    -Rain: All players' support skills (Blue Icon) effect decreased by 75%
    -Super Gravity: All players' recovery effects decreased by 75%
    -Sharp Winds: All players' health receives X% damage per minute

    The environment system won't really affect the story mode or regular matches, but rather focus on new contents.

    -New bosses or old bosses renewed will have Sharp Winds or Rain
    -All PvP matches receive Super Gravity effect
    -All CoD matches receive Heat effect


    The CoD especially will have a great effect in its balance with the new update. Normally, action bar refills may make it easier to overpower the opponents, but because all players are generally slower, it becomes more difficult to clear the match in 45 minutes given. CoD's environment update will be done carefully, and we won't repeat the mistake of updating its balance in the middle of the week.



    A new player ability: Weather Immunity

    The box says: "Rain Immunity"


    -A new player ability, Weather Immunity, will be added
    -A player higher than natural 4* grade has at least one immunity
    -A player can have Heat Immunity, Rain Immunity, or Sharp Wind Immunity



    Draw Renewal

    -Single element draws will be removed
    -Specific element drop rate boost in the event draw will be removed
    -On the event draw, the triple drop rate event for a single player in each element (totals to 5) will be renewed every 2 weeks
    -These events will mostly be new characters, but original popular players will be there as well



    Neris function Change

    -After this update, Neris' effect, "Trade", is removed
    -Instead, it'll receive a "Confirmed Spirit Stone Upgrade" effect
    -When upgrading spirit stones, one can simply hit the "Confirmed Upgrade" button to use their Neris to succeed the upgrade



    Match Shop

    -On the shop menu, a match shop will be added
    -When payed by Crystals or Gold, a certain match will appear in the Space-Time Continuum
    -The first match of the Match Shop is a limited Penguin match where 6* penguins appear
    -When purchased, there is a cooldown time until the next purchase is available


    New Contents added

    -Iggy, Neraizel's Extreme Evolutions
    -Legendary Player renewals
    -New draw players, and new season content's player awards
    -A boss match with environment system taking effect (Hardcore difficulty, with a player award of high performance)



    Other Additional Add-ons

    -When using crystals to recover ST, instead of recovering to the maximum ST, your ST will be recovered BY your maximum ST.

    ex. when maximum ST is 50 and you have 5 ST, after recovering, your ST is 55.

    -After April, the daily check-in bonuses won't reset, even if you don't visit daily, until the 4th week awards are earned

    -Scout menu has been moved to home screen, and scout system's accessibility is renewed

    -Player appearance box is renewed every week-
    A shop where Players, Managers and Spirit Stones can be purchased by using GP

    Second box: Season Scout
    -Shop's players are renewed every week-
    A shop where Players, Managers and Special Cards can be purchased by using event points



    Q&A, FAQ (Information taken out only)


    -Ardor Player 3 Spirit Stone slots: We believe that changing the players' stone slot colors will only be a temporary solution. To further boost the uniqueness of each slots and players, we plan to ultimately buff the weaker spirit stones in whole.

    -Unique Stones being worse than Rares: Another update will follow, so that uniques have a definitely higher price than rares.

    -William renewal: With this update, legendary players in whole are being renewed. William especially has been taken into consideration.

    -PvP matchings & stress: We believe this is the most critical problem. Although not in this update, we hope to change the matching systems, and the awards as well.

    -6* Spirit Stones: More methods of acquiring 6* spirit stones are being looked into. Although not confirmed, we're looking for various ways, including club systems and fusion systems. We ask for your opinions on this as well.

    -Absence of Community systems: A "club" button will replace the current "scout" button. We're taking community systems into development priorities.

    -Nickname change: Although not thought about thoroughly, because it's a crucial system to the users themselves, as soon as we have time, we'll start the construction.


    Future plans: On May 15th, celebrating Soccer Spirits' 1st birthday, we're planning a huge update (not a renewal, contents addition update). Above all, higher contents quality, new contents to enjoy, and balancing stabilization are our top priorities, and we'll do all within our power to add the inquiries sent via FAQ as well. (Animation opening are planned for the next half of the year)

    legends turning into natural 6stars.... cool for all the paying players out there. still legendless rank 75....
    i cant even imagine the wrecking of a natural 6star baltheon pass, or how to score against a natural 6star jin....(except if the star is only for show and they dont raise their stats from what they are now)

    Legendaries already have higher base stats then other 5*. I'm 99% sure nothing is going to be changed stat-wise.
