    1. Character



    ● New Star Legendary Player "Cypher" (Dark) has been added to the draw.

    Skill Set (Based on Evolved ver., at Lv. 5)

    > (Ace) Blessing of Black Moon: Increases the action speed by 18%, Attack Power by 18% and critical rate by 12% of Dark and Thunder players.

    > (Active) Frenzy Strike II: [Shoot] Increase the critical rate by 20% and critical damage by 20%. (Accumulates up to 6 times.) (The effect only applies to active shoots)

    > (Passive 1) Out of Control: Increases the damage dealt by 15% and decreases the debuff passive effects by 50%.

    > (Passive 2) Shudder II: Recovers the Action Bar by 15% and increases the Attack Power by 60% of the allies currently in the assigned position with an attack or when receiving a pass. (The recovered action bar will not go over 80%)

    > (Passive 3) Cripple: Increases the damage that the enemies within the position receive by 20% and decreases the reflex by 10% for 10 min with a shot.

    - The Active Skill “Frenzy Strike II” has been changed to “Frenzy Strike III” at Extreme Evolution. (Lv. 5)

    > Frenzy Strike III: [Shoot] Increase the critical rate by 25% and critical damage by 25%. (Accumulates up to 6 times.) (The effect only applies to active shoots)



    - The Passive Skill “Cripple” has been changed to “Death and Decomposition” at Extreme Evolution (Lv. 5)

    > Death and Decomposition: Increases the damage that the enemies within the position receive by 20% and decreases the defense for 20% and reflex by 15% for 10 min with a shot. (Accumulates up to 2 times)



    * Developer’s Comment: Finally, Cypher, the new Dark legendary striker has joined the Galaxy League.

    We expect Cypher to perform superbly with the key ability to decrease the debuff passive effects.



    > Cypher has been added to the following players' Sub Chains.

    - Affection: Alkyde (Dark), Gerrard (Dark)

    - Friendship: Ashe (Dark), Morgana (Dark), Malcolm (Dark), Dalgi (Whirlwind)

    > Qiyou is Watching II: [Shield] Decreases the incoming damage by 25% and increases the penetration resistance by 10% when attacked for 20 min. (Activates 3 times)

    > Qiyou is Watching III: [Shield] Decreases the incoming damage by 30% and increases the penetration resistance by 15% when attacked for 20 min. (Activates 3 times)



    - The Passive Skill “Boldness” has been changed to “Last Stop of Puberty” at Extreme Evolution (Lv. 5)

    > Boldness: Increases the MAX HP by 20% and decreases the inflicted damage by 20%

    > Last Stop of Puberty: Increases the MAX HP by 70% and critical damage resistance by 25%, and decreases the incoming damage by 20%.



    - The skill effect of passive skill "Horn Playing II" has been modified. (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases the critical damage resistance by 2.5% for 45 min when the allies make an action. (Accumulates up to 20 times)

    > Changed to: Increases the critical damage resistance by 5% for 45 min when the allies make an action. (Accumulates up to 10 times)



    * Developer’s Comment: Darin's Extreme Evolution, which many of you have been waiting for, has finally been proceeded. Darin used to show fine performances at first, but he had a weak stability at the early stage of the match. Therefore, we made him Extreme Evolved to supplement his stability.



    ● 1 Premium Skin and 1 Event Skin have been added to the game. You can purchase the new Premium Skin by going to Shop > Skin.

    ※ The skin will cost more than normal skins, and equipping the skin will change Ignes (Dark)'s voice.

    - The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Aug. 24th - Aug. 26th.

    ● New character chain stories have been added to the game.

    2. Match Schedule



    ● The Boss/Minion Match against "Black Daisy" (Dark) has been added to the game.

    Match details will be provided with a separate event notice.



    ● The Promotion Match of "Cypher" (Dark) has been added to the game.



    3. Improvements



    ● Promotion rewards and Season rewards for Challenge League have been upgraded. In addition, the winning score will be increased based on the tournament results.

    1. Promotion rewards have been upgraded as below.

    > Silver League: No change

    > Gold League: 80 Crystals ▶ 100 Crystals

    > Platinum League: 100 Crystals ▶ 150 Crystals

    > Diamond League: 120 Crystals ▶ 200 Crystals

    > Champions League: 150 Crystals ▶ 250 Crystals

    > Galaxy League: 200 Crystals ▶ 300 Crystals



    2. Season rewards have been upgraded as below.

    > Silver League: 3★ Mera x1 ▶ 3★ Mera x2

    > Gold League: 3★ Mera x2 ▶ 3★ Mera x3

    > Platinum League: 3★ Mera x3 ▶ 3★ Mera x5

    > Diamond League: 3★ Mera x4 ▶ 3★ Mera x6

    3. The amount of winning score that you acquire when you win the tournament from Bronze to Diamond league has been increased slightly.



    ● 5 Unique Spirit Stones and 5 Legendary Spirit Stones have been added.



    Iron Bullet (Ardor)

    Property 2: Decreases the incoming damage by 15% when attacking.

    Legendary Spirit Stone Exclusive Property: Increases the receiving pass effect by 16% of the allies within the vertical line.



    Artio’s Foot (Whirlwind)

    Property 1: Inflicts 20% of the HP left of the enemy within the position as damage with a steal.

    Property 2: Increases the Attack Power by 50% when being attacked.

    Legendary Spirit Stone Exclusive Property: Inflicts 20% of the HP left of the enemy within the position as damage with a steal.



    Frozen Circle (Thunder)

    Property 1: Increases the critical resistance by 12% of the allies within the position.

    Property 2: Increases the reflex by 15%.

    Legendary Spirit Stone Exclusive Property: Increases the critical resistance by 10% of the allies within the position.



    Prayer of Saint (Light)

    Property 1: Increases the action speed by 2% for every ally player that is active on the field.

    Property 2: Increases the attack power by 40% with an attack.

    Legendary Spirit Stone Exclusive Property: Increases the action speed by 1% and attack power by 2% for every ally player that is active on the field.



    Subordinate Trust (Dark)

    Option 1: Decreases the penetration by 12% of the enemies on the vertical line.

    Option 2: Increases the MAX HP by 20%.

    Legendary Spirit Stone Exclusive Property: Decreases the penetration by 10% of the enemies on the vertical line.



    ● The following Unique Spirit Stones will appear in the Scout.

    > God of Fire's Judgement (Ardor)

    > Leaf of Nodhile (Whirlwind)

    > Flight of Neo Human (Thunder)

    > Restraint of Pilgrim (Light)

    > Transfer of Corruption (Dark)



    ● Power-up system using Swirly, Beelzebub and others has been improved as follows.

    1. The cost is fixed at 5,000 Gold per material regardless of the player level.



    2. One random stat among 4 stats will be +1 when the specified charge amount is 100% satisfied.



    3. The charge amount of each Power-up material is as below.

    > Extreme Evolved Beelzebub: 8,000%

    > Evolved Beelzebub: 2,800%

    > Beelzebub: 500%

    > 5★ Swirly: 150% (200% for same attribute)

    > 4★ Swirly: 50% (60% for same attribute)

    > 3★ Swirly: 20% (25% for same attribute)

    > Black Hole Swirly: 400%

    * Power-up minion has been modified as the same structure.



    4. The cost of Evolution of Swirly and the no. of required materials have been reduced.

    > 3★ Swirly ▶ Evolved 4★ Swirly: 2 materials and 5,000 Gold will be consumed.

    > 4★ Swirly ▶ Extreme Evolved 5★ Swirly: 2 materials and 10,000 Gold will be consumed.



    5. The feature of Extreme Evolved Beelzebub and Evolved Beelzebub has been improved.

    > Instead of giving +20 on all stats, a total of +80 will be distributed to the stats that need to be upgraded.



    ● The cost for removing and replacing the Spirit Stones has been eliminated.



    ● The MAX no. of auto repeat feature is increased to 30. We have also improved the pop-up window to adjust the feature from at least 1 to up to 30 times.

    > Rank restriction of the auto repeat feature has been modified from Rank 55 to Rank 12.



    ● No. of available draw seals has been increased as below.

    > Legendary: 10 > 20

    > 5★: 80 > 130



    ● Open Friendly Match has been added. You can check out the mode by going to the Visiting screen > Galaxy Live > Tab at the top.

    > A host can invite 2 friends to participate and Spectators (up to 9). The host can select the player restriction mode and the normal mode.

    > Others will be proceeded equally as previous friendly matches.



    ● Space-Time Continuum has been improved as below.

    1. Tab buttons have been added at the left side of the screen to help classifying the matches according to the purpose.

    2. The amount of player EXP you gain from clearing the rival match has been increased.

    3. Daily limit of the Fairy match has been increased to 2 times.

    4. If there's a different level of difficulty in the same match, the match of previous level of difficulty must be cleared once before you can proceed to the next level of difficulty.

    > You can achieve your Achievement when you clear the highest level of difficulty and earn rewards.

    5. 3★ Neris, one of the season scout rewards of Light Space-Time Continuum, has been changed to 5★ Neris.

    > Accordingly, the no. of purchases has been modified from 5 to 1 and the cost has been changed as well.

    > Once the update is complete, 3★ Neris of Celine season scout which is currently being held will be changed to 5★ Neris and the users who have already purchased 3★ Neris can also purchase 5★ Neris.



    ● Bingo event/Marble event that are available in the game have been added.

    > Event details are planned to be noticed via separate notices.



    ● Auto place Button has been added to the Colosseum of Infinity to make auto formation available.



    ● A pop-up screen that displays the current SP/BP you possess will be appeared when you restart the ST/BP consuming content.



    ● Supporting players can be positioned in the desired position when you save a Club deck.



    ● You will be immediately moved to the title screen without any notice, when the patch is finished.



    ● On-going event scout will be displayed on the scout icon to show that the event is ongoing.



    ● Notices of Selena/Eve have been improved to match each character when you use the Live Skin of Selena/Eve at the main screen.



    ● Characters' voices have been improved to be played during the tutorial.



    ● All the buttons for changing player qualification, when entering the Colosseum of Infinity through the preview screen after saving the deck, have been hidden.

    * However, you can still change the qualification of the supporter.

    '



    ● Accumulated purchase event feature has been improved. Depending on the event, at least 1 to up to 6 types of items will be given by the accumulated paid amount.



    ● You will be paid twice for the first Crystal purchase at the Shop.



    ● Notice of the Visiting screen will be always displayed until you reach Rank 5 after the tutorial ends.



    ● The game now supports full screen mode on various devices. (iOS only)



    ● Colosseum of Despair and Colosseum of Trials have been rebuilt.



    ● UIs of the probability-based items of the game have been improved for the self-regulation.



    ● Removed the rule that automatically invalidates the Friendly Match if there is no action for 2 minutes after the match started.



    ● The Challenge League deck will now be loaded properly at the Formation screen during the Friendly Match and Galaxy Live.



    ● Push rewards have been upgraded.



    ● Criteria for participating in the Dimension boss match of other users has been extended from 10% to 25%, compared to the level of the Dimension boss you found.



    ● Fixed an error where the "increase/decrease of the receiving debuff effect" being applied twice to the extortion type skills.



    ● Eliminated % symbol from the figures related to Spirit.



    ● New Soccer Ball Skins has been added.



    ● GP can be purchased at the Shop > Crystal Shop.

    > A button that redirects you immediately to the GP purchase has been added on the Scout screen.

    > GP Timing Package that was displayed during the Scout refresh has been eliminated.



    4. Balancing



    ● Ball keeping A.I has been improved.

    > If active skills are available, A.I will use the active skills first.



    ● The duration of the effect and cooldown of Keeping the Ball active skills have been modified as below.

    > Previously: Duration (3min) / Cooldown (8min)

    > Changed to: Duration (5min) / Cooldown (10min)



    ● Sage (Ardor) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Genius" has been modified. (Normal, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Recovers the spirit by 50 and decreases the incoming damage by 30% with a penetration.

    > Changed to: Recovers the spirit by 50 and decreases the incoming damage by 30% with an attack.

    ※ This modification will be equally applied to "Dale" (Dark) who has the same skill.



    ● Yong Hee (Ardor) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of active skill "Dream in a Dream III" has been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: [Keeping the Ball] Increases the Attack Power by 100% and pass effect by 100% of the allies within the position for 3 min.

    > Changed to: [Keeping the Ball] Increases the Attack Power by 130% and pass effect by 130% of the allies within the position for 5 min.



    ● Enthia (Whirlwind) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Fantasy Star II" has been modified. (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases the Attack Power by 60% and decreases the incoming damage by 15% for each defense with a penetration.

    > Changed to: Increases the Attack Power by 60% and decreases the incoming damage by 15% for each defense with an attack.



    * Developer's Comment: We believe that Enthia needs to be remade. We will notify through the patch note when we proceed with the remake.



    ● Skorn (Light) has been balanced.

    - The passive skill "Thor's Thunder II" has been changed to "Thor's Thunder". (Normal, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases the action speed and critical rate by 40%.

    > Changed to: Increases the action speed by 15% and critical rate by 20% of the allies currently in the assigned position.



    - The passive skill "Fatal Blow" has been changed to "Fatal Blow II". (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases critical rate by 60% with an attack

    > Changed to: Increases the critical rate by 60% and critical damage by 20% with an attack.



    ● Gerrard (Dark) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Inducing Violence II" has been modified. (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases critical rate by 40% within the position.

    > Changed to: Increases critical rate by 50% within the position.



    ● Milena (Dark) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Pledge of Fresh Blood" has been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Always starts the match at 30% action bar. Increases the incoming damage by 20% and critical damage by 30%. (Added to the action bar bonus given at the start of the match)

    > Changed to: Always starts the match at 30% action bar. Decreases the incoming damage by 20% and increases the reflex by 30%. (Added to the action bar bonus given at the start of the match)



    - The skill effect of passive skill "Promised Death" has been modified. (Normal, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Damages the action bar of the enemy position by 15% and steals the Attack Power by 10% with a penetration or steal. (The target's action bar will not go under 20%)

    > Changed to: Damages the action bar of the enemy position by 15% and decreases the Attack Power by 10% with a penetration or steal. (The target's action bar will not go under 20%)



    ● Based on the recall clause 2-3, Milena (Dark) will be recalled.

    > Schedule: Aug. 30th 12am - Sep. 5th 12am PDT

    > Details: Milena (Dark) recall

    ※ A Recall Icon will be displayed on the right side of the Main Screen during the recall period only.



    5. Bug Fixes



    ● Fixed the issue of the player (under A.I condition) being able to perform Selective Penetration to the opponent who cannot be moved



    ● Fixed the issue where it looked like the Dual Ace Burst is activated at the preview screen even though the condition was not met



    ● Fixed the issue of the player's position change not working properly when you come back to the match preview screen after visiting the Stone Forum screen



    ● Fixed the issue of the user who used a Dimension Continuum Promotion Ticket not being able to tap his/her promotion message



    ● Fixed the issue of the detailed info screen popping up instantly as soon as you tap to view the details of the player that has equipped the Live Skin when the Live Skin is located at certain positions



    ● Fixed the issue of the pop-up that says you don't have enough Crystals still remaining at the screen but the game directs you to purchase Crystals when you try to transfer the amplified stat under low Crystals



    ● Fixed the issue of the UI not being displayed properly when playing the Galaxy Live



    ● Fixed the issue of the incorrect image being displayed when you Extreme Evolve the manager from time to time



    ● Fixed the issue of the chat message being displayed incorrectly



    ● Fixed the issue of the Recall Button having the text of UI title at the lodging screen



    ● Fixed the issue of the text of another UI being displayed when you tap certain locations of the screen in the Spirit Stone Property Redistribute Ticket collecting pop-up screen



    ● Fixed the issue of the UIs overlapping when you go back to the previous screen from selecting a friend for the Dimension Match



    ● Fixed the issue that was required to touch the title screen twice to log in



    ● Fixed the issue of the pop-up windows being overlapped when you tap on the View Details Button at the Game Guide



    ● Retrieved the invalid Evolved Littre in Korea server that was given on Aug. 9th as a compensation reward for HIVE connection error



    ● Fixed the issue of Mitch (Ardor) being omitted from the manager list at the GP Scout



    ● Fixed the isse of the second effect and Legendary Spirit Stone exclusive effect of Flight of Neo Human being effected by the Power-up type effect Increase/decrease instead of Spirit Stone effect increase/decrease



    6. Next Patch Preview

    ● The voice of Rapper Bora (Ardor) Skin will be updated on Sep. 5th.

    ※ The price will be changed to the Unique Skin price when the voice is updated.

    ※ Users who already have the target skin will have the voice added at no additional cost.

    I've never seen a patch that so DIRECTLY addressed the feedback made in the official forums. The Auto-Repeat improvement. The complete elimination of spirit stone unequip costs. Saving Support Player positions in Club decks. These have ALL been specifically requested in the official forum discussions (some repeatedly for nearly a year).

    Heck, I merely thought they were reducing spirit stone unequip costs, but instead we get this: "The cost for removing and replacing the Spirit Stones has been eliminated."

    Bravo to the devs for listening to the community this time!

    oh man they are surely hitting the every spots right with this one. want a whole damn list of all the good shit? here goes then

    1. Repeat cap increased from 10 to 30. I'd say thats still a pretty hefty number and a something that wont go as fast so with this farming is assured to be more efficient.
    2. NO MORE EQUIP/UNEQUIP COSTS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE
    3. Better season rewards on GCL. Maybe it will make some more eyebrows rise to actually cut the slack and realise that the rewards are quite legit and not too bad to give a shot at it on doing something more.
    4. Bunch of disgusting bugs fixed
    5. Better push rewards. I'm not entirely sure on how some part of people missed this but im only excited for getting better shit from this
    6. Auto CoI. Guess that makes the first 20 floors (at least for me) somewhat ignoreable so I just can kick in this for the time while.
    7. Open Friendly Match to have a quickie of a match. I'll welcome that in
    8. Appearently they even paid attention to draw seals (I forgot that there existed such things as those) but oh well I guess I don't have anything for expanding it as it doesn't hurt.
    9. Balancing in the right way. Though that can't be really said about Milena. Will be also interesting to see on how Enthia comes out from their remake they're doing now.
    10. Fairies can be completed from 1 to 2 times. Nothing much really significant but considering some can be handy for either whenever I myself find in a severe lack of some elements of fairies, so I think I'll be making an advantage out of this one
    11. More STONES WHY NOT even if it might be hard as all hell for me to get the right stone combined for the LUQ
    Of course there are some negative sides to the QoL which sadly has been fixed and also on top of my head that I've been thinking to suggest on about, but I am glad that they picked up the slack on this patch note and are finally doing this the right way. It was about time we should have gotten some part of these needed QoL changes. As it goes for the negative QoL I'll bring it up later once I've done some research onto to give a fair comparison to it.

    as stated it seals draw, a simple explanation is, it seals max spu units of 5* or legends, and remove them from your draws

    if u did that, you will pay ds per unit u wish to remove from your draws

    Player exclusion from draw. Blame the bad spelling on this part of the patch, as C2U Nyan actually explained it was just a bad translation or something to it

    They really need to reduce the cost of excluding legendaries. 150 DS on a PER LEGENDARY basis is excessive. By the time you exclude all the players, you could have bought one or two legends outright for the same DS cost.

    Heck, most people are lucky to get ANY legends to drop. Having to spend precious DS on just to help a piss-poor RNG be slightly less piss-poor is obnoxious.

    The entire concept is just a money-sink though. Whales are going to get the legendaries they want regardless. I guess the more resistance they give to whales, the better off it is for the rest of the community.
