    ■ Update Details

    1. Character

    ● New Star character "Sephirot" (Light) has been added to the draw.

    Skill Set (Based on Evolved ver., at Lv. 5)

    > (Ace) Boy's Only Valkyrja: Increases the penetration by 25% and MAX HP by 30% of Light players.

    > (Active) Scale of Life II: [Long-range Shoot] Increases the critical rate by 50% and critical damage by 50%.

    > (Passive 1) Comforting Light II: Increases the Attack Power by 30% and penetration by 20% with an attack.

    > (Passive 2) Violent Attack: Increases the Attack Power by 50% and gets another turn with a 60% chance when you attack.

    > (Passive 3) Old Oath: Increases the active skill effect by 300% when you shot 3 times. (Lasts even under inability effects) (Active skill excluded)

    * Developer’s Comment: The new Light player, Sephirot, has appeared as the second player with a long-range shoot active skill.

    Unlike Baldr with a strong utility, we tried to design her who can possess a strong attack power.

    The skill "Old Oath" has a difficult condition to activate the skill, but it will surly enhance the long-range shoot power when activated.

    - The Active Skill “Wave of Curse II” has been changed to “Wave of Curse III” at Extreme Evolution. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Wave of Curse II: [Target] Decreases the critical rate by 35% and critical resistance by 35% of a single enemy among the enemies currently in the assigned position for 6 min.

    > Wave of Curse III: [Target] Decreases the critical rate by 40% and critical resistance by 40% of a single enemy among the enemies currently in the assigned position for 6 min.


    - The Passive Skill “Random Curse” has been changed to “Blooming Darkness” at Extreme Evolution (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Random Curse: Increases the critical rate by 25% and decreases the incoming damage by 15% with an attack.

    > Blooming Darkness: Increases the critical rate by 30% and decreases the incoming damage by 20% with an attack. (Recovers the spirit by 50% first)


    * Developer’s Comment: Krishna, who was already showing a great performance, has returned in Extreme Evolution version with some upgrade on her weak sides.

    The passive skill "Random Curse" has been changed to "Blooming Darkness", to improve the part where she wasn't showing her ability enough due to the lack of spirit gauge.



    ● Extreme Evolution "Loki" (Ardor) has been added to the game.

    - The Active Skill “Light of Illusion II” has been changed to “Light of Illusion III” at Extreme Evolution. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Light of Illusion II: [Penetration] Becomes immune to the counterattack and increases the Attack Power by 60% and recovers the HP by 30% of the damage dealt for 1 min.

    > Light of Illusion III: [Penetration] Becomes immune to the counterattack and increases the Attack Power by 70% and recovers the HP by 40% of the damage dealt for 1 min.


    - The Passive Skill “Wicked Scoff” has been changed to “Irrational Sense” at Extreme Evolution (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Wicked Scoff: Recovers the lost HP by 30% and increases the damage dealt to goal keepers by 50% with a penetration.

    > Irrational Sense: Increases the damage that the enemies within the position receive by 20% and decreases the cooperative defense activation chance by 10% when you penetrate for 3 min.


    * Developer's Comment: Loki has returned to the Galaxy League in a surprise Extreme Evolution look.

    Loki will now have more impact on the forward line with penetration.

    We planned to show Crabius as a Superb Boss and in Extreme Evolution form, but decided to present Loki first due to the schedule issue.

    2. Feature Improvements

    ● The Superb Boss Match against "Loki" (Ardor) has been added to the game.
    Match details will be provided with a separate event notice.

    * Developer's Comment: The Superb Boss Match against Loki has been added first instead of Crabius due to the schedule issue.

    ● The Boss/Minion Match against "Savnok" (Light) has been added to the game.
    Match details will be provided with a separate event notice.

    ● The Boss/Minion Match against "Fontus" (Dark) has been added to the game.

    ● Club Season Contribution Improvements
    - We've improved the Club Season Contribution function and added the descriptions to be clearer.
    You can check the added information by tapping the contribution part of the Club Member list.

    ● Club Mission Rank with Left Club Members
    - The Club mission user rank will still have the Club Members who left the Club but their name will be displayed as left user instead.

    ● The players selected for Training, Special Training, Sell, Release won't be unselected when you Evolve another player.

    ● New Soccer Ball Skins have been added.


    3. Balancing



    ● Kirna (Thunder) has been balanced.

    - The amount of required spirit and cooldown time of the active skill "Rapid Cooling I/II/III" have been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Reusable after 5 min, uses 0.5 spirit

    > Changed to: Reusable after 8 min, uses 1 spirit


    - The skill effect of passive skill "Wings of Aegis" has been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases the MAX HP by 40% and Defense by 40% and decreases the incoming damage by 30%.

    > Changed to: Increases the MAX HP by 40% and Defense by 35% and decreases the incoming damage by 25%.


    * Developer's Comment: The issue of Kirna was that the efficiency of her active skill was too good compared to what we had originally planned.
    Thus, we modified the amount of required spirit and cooldown time.


    ● Damien (Dark) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Shadow Theft" has been modified. (Evolved, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases your attack power by 20% of the attack power of the enemy within the position with a shoot.

    > Changed to: Increases your attack power by 15% of the attack power of the enemy within the position with a shoot.



    - The skill effect of passive skill "Long Dark Night" has been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Decreases the incoming damage by 25%, increases the damage dealt to goal keepers by 50% and the damage dealt to Ardor players by 25%.

    > Changed to: Decreases the incoming damage by 25%, increases the damage dealt to goal keepers by 40% and the damage dealt to Ardor players by 25%.


    * Developer's Comment: We had the longest discussion over downgrading Damien during the balancing related meeting.
    The skill Shadow Theft was still good after the downgrade.
    We'll keep our eyes on how the skill is used and will decide what step to take next.



    ● Loyce (Ardor) has been balanced.

    - The effect of active skill "Back Stab I/II/III" has been modified. (Extreme Evolution, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: [Penetration] You become immune to the counterattack and increases the critical rate by 30% and critical resistance by 30% of the allies within the position for 10 min.

    > Changed to: [Penetration] You become immune to the counterattack and increases the critical rate by 30% and critical resistance by 30% of the allies currently in the assigned position for 10 min.



    - The skill effect of the passive skill "Situation Analysis" has been modified. (Evolved, Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Recovers 25% HP first, and recovers the action bar by 15% for each ally within the position being attacked. (The recovered action bar will not go over 80%)

    > Changed to: Recovers 25% HP first, and recovers the action bar by 20% for each ally within the position being attacked. (The recovered action bar will not go over 80%)


    * Developer's Comment: We've upgraded Loyce who started to show up since the last Challenge League.
    The player's concept was clear but was difficult to use, thus we've eased up the condition.



    4. Bug Fixes

    ● Fixed the issue of the title image being displayed as a common image when you select the Rare Spirit Stone image in the Book

    ● Fixed the issue of where the Evolved mangers appear as normal managers in the manager dispatch tab screen

    ● Fixed the issue of the sentence that says you can get 30 Crystals when you achieve the first line even though you already collected the Book accomplishment reward

    ● Fixed the issue where it looked like you still had skill points left when you use skill points without closing the player info UI after proceeding Evolution/Extreme Evolution with players

    ● (iPhone X) Fixed the issue of the OK/Cancel Buttons not appearing when you try to change the chat channel

    ● You will now be able to see how much of Gold/Crystals you get when Club Members find Gold/Crystal in the Dust while playing the game in Auto Repeat Match Mode

    ● Fixed the issue of the text not being displayed in the guide and info Button that appears in the left and right side of the screen while playing the game in Auto Repeat Match Mode

    ● Fixed the issue where it looked like Kirna's shield was not removed with Aiolos' passive skill even though it removed the shield

    ● Fixed the issue of the previous chat messages appearing again in the Club chat

    ● Fixed the issue of the guest account not leaving the Club when you transfer the account

    ● Fixed the issue of the adventurer not being displayed in matches

    ● (Android) Fixed the issue of the stone info being displayed instead of the forum posts in the Suggested Stone Forum under certain situations

    ● Fixed the issue of the image of acquired player being displayed as 3★ player regardless of the real player grade in the victory screen when you win the match by going to Menu -> Retry Button. Fixed the issue of the stone image not being displayed properly when you acquire Spirit Stones under same situation.

    ● Fixed the issue of the Club Point Icon not being displayed in the Club Scout list

    ● You won't be able to use the Menu -> Retry function in the Colosseum of Despair Champion Match.

    ● Fixed the image display issue that occurred when you proceed Evolution/Extreme Evolution with same players again

    ● Fixed the issue of the position bonus not being applied properly when you retry the match or play the next match

    ● Items that were omitted as the Master Scout category removal and some items were transferred to the Personal Scout due to the Club improvements have been given to the users.

    > Unlimited Member Selection: The amount of items that Club Owner had possessed have been given to all Club Members

    > Check-in Reset Ticket: Excluded from the distribution due to the Club Match function modification

    > Club Ad Broadcasting Ticket: The amount of items that the Club Owner had possessed have been given to the Club Owner

    > Reset Invested Points: Excluded from the distribution due to the function modification

    ● Fixed the issue of Ariel's active skill Fallen Divinity I/Fallen Divinity II using 1 spirit unlike other Keeping the Ball skills

    ● Fixed the issue of the chain image being displayed when you collect the manager dispatch reward item at the Inbox.

    ● Fixed the issue of keep getting banned from the chat whenever you get reported after getting banned.

    ● The user who registered first will be placed in the top stadium if stadium placed users have same ability in the Club Match.


    5. Next Patch Preview

    ● The voice of NEET Lynbell Skin will be updated on Apr. 4th.
    ※ The price will be changed to the Unique Skin price when the voice is updated on Apr. 4th.
    Users who already have the target skin will have the voice added at no additional cost.

    saw the kirna nerf


    it was ok up until i saw the 1 bar spirit cost


    in the instance you start with the ball, kirna takes in shot 1 she wont have spirit to shield up for shot 2


    so shell just take in balth miri, then jib miri and if shes still alive then thats when she can finally shield up

    unless you run the spirit on crit stones on your cm and maybe like blue dec dmg on your defender taking the shot

    overall she lasted way shorter than presty, whos honestly the best gk now....again...for like....the 5th season in a row

    Ok so I'm hella mad about Damien's nerf. He only lost 5 att and 10 DI aka nothing significant for PvP but for PvE it's very annoying. It's like they had to turn left but decided to turn right instead. :mad: They said they'll keep an eye on how he does now so righteousness might come upon him still. lol

    Kirna tho, they went above and beyond imo. All I wanted was that beautiful increase in cooldown and spirit cost but they also lowered her defenses so I'm very happy.:p

    Sephirot looks kinda promising but I really really wanna see her in action before giving a full opinion, I just can't understand if she'll be great or not.

    What does Neet think about Sephirot?
    Its a pen and shoot player, shoot 3 times and auto win with her active. 300% boost to active is 150% crit rate and crit damage. I would build a SoB on her since each pen->shoot is worth 2 stacks. 50% crit damage base + 80% max SoB + 150% active = 280% crit damage. Not worth getting more crit damage stones on her, go for double WW pen power (for more RPE), and last slot crit. Debuff topline, Mid line crit totem/pass (Sakiel is not good with her).

    PvE only due to AI limitations. She is not a meme ; might be as useful as jean for s.boss and some colo matchs depending on what her EE is

    What does Neet think about Daimen?
    Loseing 5% attack power isnt that much, assuming the GK has 500 drible, and the 4 defenders has 600 drible each (2.9k total) then you only lost 145 drible (this number is lower with leader class totems). Assuming the average daimen with have 2.4-2.6k drible after getting a pass and shooting then you only lost 5% damage

    10% reduced damage done to GK. Any "incresed damage done to GK" is applied after all damage reduction therefore its not a true 10% lost in damage. Assuming your have 100% pen power, and the average high invested GK will have 75% decressed damage after factoring all passive effects that leaves it at 37.5% damage reduction. And asssumeing the average high invested GK will have 900 defense left after factoring buffs and debuffs which is worth 48% damage reduction. Conbineing this we get the result of 67.5% effective damage reduction, For the sake of resistance from commentors lets "debuf" this number 60% (due to crap GK). The "50% incressed dmaage to GK" is applied after this damage reduction (woth 30% in terms of real damage boost), so being neft to only 40% you only lost 6% damage damage

    Apox 11% lower avergage damage from Daimens
    It is a noticeable number, it does drop him out "legend striker" power levels, Still a upper tier striker. Not overracting with "he is dead" but rather in line with blance of other strikers used in high tier like kyoko/shanti

    As for PvE, At high level PvE some defenders have abusrdly high stats; its is likly that Daimen has been stealing more attack power than intended by the devs in certain matchs. The change is fair he is still "good" in PvE just not the "lololol free win" level.

    I would like to say before anyone eles post a salt comment

    The truth is there is too many Kirnas and Daiemens in gaxlay pvp. It does suggest thier power levels are a bit too high, Bringing their power levels back inline with everyone eles allows for a larger variation in team comps meta.

    BB actally did good for this blance patch, they could always edit the numbers again later after collecting in game date for some time. The idea blance point of the game would be if players had simular power levels but some are better in certain siutations (certrain does not refer to almost every match)(i persoanlly dont enjoy shooting at only pesty and kirnas 90% of the time)

    Ask yourself, are you salt that your invested player got nerf or is there legit reasoning why the nerf too much

    you cant lower the GK co-op defense, it only applies standard players.
    co-op defense stone builds, MoB, fleix ect
    The point of the passive was so you dont ram into 3 people, barely do any damage and maybe die

    Please, Shanti is also broken. Maybe not as much as Damien, but she definitely is, given she has no specific counter. Name ONE thing that counters her (considering all possible builds on her), but doesn't counter any other striker, Damien and Miri excluded.

    Crit damage resist builds
    shanti has low base power, needs to stack high pen to get her "damage to GK" passive to work effecively. Her passives forces her into a crit build.

    dont stack crit resist build vs shanti, she will debuff you.

    i dont think more than 5% of players can make that team
    BB would balace the game to suit everyone eles
    I likly can come up with a team comp that only counters what you posted, but no one has the resouces to make a new team just for that.

    Top down balancing only applies to competitive games with low barriers to entry. We have to remember this isnt a true pvp game, everyone is simply picking teams with high win rates vs the average team comp rather than direct counters.

    also i have no idea what point your trying to make in this thread with them 5 words, "legends are too much stronger than 5 stars so we need to nerf them for a more varried viable comp meta"?

    I already accounted for that
    Shanti needs either Glab + 1 pen stone or pen totem to reach 100%, leaveing her with 2 slots left. All shanti builds requires at least one crit totem. Therefore all shantis with 100% pen dont have very high crit damage. it was in my odd post if you thought about it properly

    but since we're going to play that game
    El Repayon Spring watch (60+18%) Presty (44%) with a duran (30%) for 152% crit damage resist "says GG"
    [we can add a sharmen active for another 50% too]

    ^That is a really childish game, am leaving the thread with a "Daimen needed nerfing more than shanti", If you want to talk about shanti make a new thread about it

    Man, they didn't just kill Kirna. They beat the shit out of her and left her carcass in an alley to rot.

    Her and Presty were almost at the SAME LEVEL of annoyance, and now people will just switch back to Presty again, who will remain annoying as hell until well after Donald Trump's name shows up in school textbooks.
