    Here are the details for the update on Mar. 7th.


    1. Character


    ● New Star character "Gigerfelt" (Dark) has been added to the draw.

    Skill Set (Based on Evolved ver., at Lv. 5)

    > (Ace) Book of Apocalypse: Increases the critical damage of Dark players by 45%

    > (Active) Courteous Insult II: [Long-range Shoot] Increases the critical rate by 50% and critical damage by 50%.
    > (Passive 1) Dignity of Demon: Increases the Attack Power by 30% and critical rate by 30% when holding the ball.
    > (Passive 2) Sentence of Destruction: Increases the damage that the target receives by 10% and decreases its Defense by 20% for 10 min with an attack.
    > (Passive 3) Overwhelming II: Decreases the critical rate and reflexes of the enemy by 30% within the position


    * Developer’s Comment: Gigerfelt, the first Dark attribute player with a long-range shoot active skill, has joined the Galaxy League.

    We tried to build him to be a solid mid-line influencer considering the characteristic of the long-range shoot.

    He will be able to debuff a goalkeeper even after using his active skill.



    > Gigerfelt has been added to the following players' Sub Chains.
    - Affection: Hamerus (Dark)
    - Friendship: Zibroi (Dark), Dale (Dark), Patricia (Dark)
    - Competition: Orses (Dark), Vonchi (Light)
    - Fighting Spirit: Shura (Dark), Taehoon (Ardor)



    ● Extreme Evolution "Ignes" (Dark) has been added to the game.

    - The Active Skill “Change Tempo II” has been changed to “Change Tempo III” at Extreme Evolution. (Lv. 5)

    > Change Tempo II: [Forward Pass] Recovers the action bar by 30%, and increases the receiving pass effect by 30% and penetration by 20% of the designated player.
    > Change Tempo III: [Forward Pass] Recovers the action bar by 30%, and increases the receiving pass effect by 40% and penetration by 25% of the designated player.

    - The Passive Skill “Carnival” has been changed to “Samba Parade” at Extreme Evolution (Lv. 5)

    > Carnival: Recovers the HP of the allies on the vertical line by 20% when the enemies on the vertical line fail to penetrate through you.
    > Samba Parade: Recovers 20% of the action bar and 20% of the HP of the allies on the vertical line when the enemies on the vertical line fail to penetrate through or steal from you. (The recovered action bar will not go over 80%)


    * Developer’s Comment: Ignes has returned in the Extreme Evolution to turn the Galaxy League into a celebration.

    Her passive skill has been changed from "Carnival" to "Samba Parade", and the changed skill will be able to enhance the role of vertical line.
    We hope to see her being a great help in Dark players like her fabulous appearance.



    ● Extreme Evolution "Parabellum" (Light) has been added to the game.

    - The Active Skill “Revelation II” has been changed to “Revelation III” at Extreme Evolution. (Lv. 5)

    > Revelation II: [Pass] Recovers the action bar of the designated target by 100%, and increases its receiving pass effect by 30% and Attack Power by 45%.
    > Revelation III: [Pass] Recovers the action bar of the designated target by 100%, and increases its receiving pass effect by 40% and Attack Power by 60%.



    - The Passive Skill “Oath of Light” has been changed to “Pledge of Brilliance” at Extreme Evolution (Lv. 5)

    > Oath of Light: Increases the action speed by 20% and pass effect by 20%.
    > Pledge of Brilliance: Always starts the match at 30% action bar. Increases the action speed by 25% and pass effect by 40%. (Added to the action bar bonus given at the start of the match)



    * Developer’s Comment: Parabellum has returned to the Galaxy League celebrating himself with a unique gesture.
    We designed him to have faster action speed with strong pass.



    ● 1 Premium Skin has been added to the game. You can purchase the new Premium Skin by going to Shop > Skin.

    ● The voice of "Cat Glayde" (Thunder) Skin has been updated.
    ※ The price will be changed to that of the Unique Skin.
    ※ Users who already have the target skin will have the voice updated at no additional cost.


    ● New Character Chain Story has been added to the game.

    ● The characters available in the Weekend Event Draw will be changed.
    - The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Mar. 16th - Mar. 18th

    > Bora (Ardor), Irre (Whirlwind), MP Dane (Thunder), Luri (Light), Gigerfelt (Dark),
    Serestia (Dark Legendary) Mar. 16th - Mar. 17th,
    Jiho (Ardor Legendary), Garriott (Light Legendary) Mar. 17th - Mar. 18th



    ● The Chain Helper rotation for Mar. 11th - Mar. 18th will be added.
    > Yeon (Ardor Superb Boss), Victoria (Ardor),
    Lai Gayle (Whirlwind), Rudiel (Whirlwind),
    ZUXX Robin (Thunder), Blade (Thunder),
    Hercules (Light), Leah (Light),

    ● The Chain Helper rotation for Mar. 23rd - Mar. 24th will be added.

    ● "Ignes" (Dark) has been changed to a Classic Star.
    You can now acquire the player from the Scout, Draw, Mileage Draw (Stage 1), Classic Star Player Pick Ticket, and Classic Star Player Box.



    3. Balancing

    ● Additional effects have been added to the [Block] type active skills.

    > Previously: [Block] Decreases the inflicted damage from a shoot by 40/50/60% when used (Based on Lv. 5)
    > Changed to: [Block] When activated, decreases the damage coming from shoots by 40/50/60% and increases the penetration resistance by 40/45/50%. (Based on Lv. 5)



    > Previously: [Block] Increases critical resistance against shots by 50/60/70% when used. (Based on Lv. 5)
    > Changed to: [Block] Increases the critical resistance against shots by 80/100/120% and Defense by 80/100/120% when used. (Based on Lv. 5)



    * Developer's Comment: As it was mentioned in the previous patch note, the blocking goalkeepers have been upgraded.
    We've added a high stat of penetration resistance for the block active skill to be more effective.



    ● The effect of [Passive] Barricade I / Barricade II has been modified.

    > Previously: Decreases the inflicted damage by 20% (Based on Lv. 5)
    > Changed to: Decreases the inflicted damage by 30% (Based on Lv. 5)

    ※ Players who possess the skill: Xiao Long (Ardor), AE65 Black Mash (Thunder), DU07 Nute (Thunder), Tria (Thunder), Bartel (Light), Grace (Dark), Labella (Dark), Tarsilla (Dark)



    King Jin (Whirlwind) has been balanced.

    - The effect of active skill "King's Energy Attack III" has been changed. (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: [Block] Activate to decrease the damage coming from enemy shots by 70% and increase critical resistance by 30%.
    > Changed to: [Block] Decrease the damage coming from enemy shots by 60%, increases critical resistance by 30% and penetration resistance by 50% when used.


    - The skill effect of passive skill "Serenity" has been changed. (Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases critical resistance by 30% and defense by 45%, and decreases incoming damage by 30% when positioned in a goalkeeper position.
    > Changed to: Increases critical resistance by 30% and defense by 45%, and decreases incoming damage by 40% when positioned in a goalkeeper position.



    * Developer's Comment: We think King Jin is one of the beneficiary players from the block type active skill upgrade.
    However, we'd like to give him something more by decreasing the effect on the active skill and enhancing the passive skill "Serenity".



    Irre (Whirlwind) has been balanced.

    - The skill effect of passive skill "Gentle Breeze" has been changed. (Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Increases the Defense by 15% for 8 min. when an enemy within the position makes a move. (Accumulates up to 4 times)
    > Changed to: Increases the Defense by 20% and decreases the incoming damage by 5% for 8 min when the enemies currently in the assigned position make a move. (Accumulates up to 3 times)

    * Developer's Comment: We've modified the effect of the passive skill "Gentle Breeze" along with the block type active skill upgrade.
    We hope that her weakness will be improved with this balancing.



    Kei (Light) has been balanced.

    - The passive skill "Never Die I" / "Never Die II" has been changed to "Way of Recapture Force I" / Way of Recapture Force II". (Evolved., Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Incoming damage is reduced by 40% and defense is increased by 40% when HP is below 60%.
    > Changed to: Decreases the incoming damage by 40% and increases the Defense by 40% for 12 min when using an active skill.



    * Developer's Comment: Kei is a goalkeeper with a strong durability when meeting specific conditions.
    However, meeting specific conditions weren't easy, thus we've improved her skill as shown above.



    ● We've modified the HP proportional damage passive skill not functioning properly and also modified the stats.

    > Text: Deals x% of the current HP as damage
    > Applied as: Deals x% of the MAX HP as damage


    * Developer's Comment: As the gradual decrease effect (becoming less effective) is deleted and the skill efficiency is now 42% higher than the previous. Thus, we've modified the stats to be similar to the previous ones and proceeded with the modification above (and explained in below). We ask for your kind understanding.



    [Na Yang Ho]

    ● The effect of passive skill "Fragrant Death" has been modified. (Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Steals 30% Spirit and 20% HP of the enemy position with an attack. (The HP damage will become less effective each time you use it)
    > Changed to: Steals the spirit by 30% and the current HP of the enemy within the position by 15% with an attack.



    [Jury]

    ● The effect of passive skill "Ultimate Gluttony" has been modified. (Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Damages the HP by 20% and spirit by 20% of the enemies within the position when being attacked. (The HP damage will become less effective each time you use it)
    > Changed to: Damages the current HP of the enemy within the position by 15% and the spirit by 20% when attacked.



    [Hercules]

    ● The effect of passive skill "Juggernaut" has been modified. (Lv. 5)

    > Previously: Decreases the attack power of the enemies within the position by 20% and deals 20% HP as damage with a penetration. (The HP damage will become less effective each time you use it.)
    > Changed to: Steals 20% attack power from each enemy within the position and damages the target's current HP by 15% with a penetration.





    4. Bug Fixes

    ● Modified the incorrect schedule of the Chain Helper rotation.
    > Previously: Mar. 4th - Mar. 19th
    > Changed to: Mar. 4th - Mar. 11th

    ● The Weekly Package purchase history will now reset on a weekly basis.

    ● Fixed the issue of the 2 of ZU01 Chrono being placed in the Colosseum of Despair.
    > We've changed ZU01 Chrono placed in FW to Armel.

    ● Fixed the issue of some of chat messages being omitted when opening the Club chat.

    ● Fixed the issue of the nickname not getting retrieved when you leave the Club after being ranked in the Club Mission rank.

    ● Fixed the display issue of the points displayed in the next mission after collecting the Club Mission reward.

    ● Fixed the issue of the Vice Club Owner dismiss message being displayed when you dismiss a Club Member even though the dismissed Club Member is not the Vice Club Owner.

    ● Fixed the issue of the skin image not being displayed properly when you equip the 3rd skin of the player when saving the Club Match Deck formation.

    ● Fixed the issue of the ST recovering to the MAX as the manager effect is applied when you change the manager while the ST is being recovered to its MAX naturally.


    5. Next Patch Preview

    ● The voice of Uniform Silla Skin will be updated on Mar. 21st.

    ※ The price will be changed to the Unique Skin price when the voice is updated on Mar. 21st.
    ※ Users who already have the target skin will have the voice added at no additional cost.


    * Developer's Comment: Please note that we're planning to modify some of the players in the next patch. (Upgrade: Loyce (Ardor)/ Downgrade: Kirna (Thunder) & Damien (Dark))

    Kirna nerf incoming!!! I wonder if they'll nerf her active, passives, or BOTH.

    Hopefully I can at least get to Champion's league before they kill her.

    Hope they nerf both...and that's coming from someone who actually wants to draw Kirna.

    The good news is they don't need to nerf her much. Look at her active, for example: nerf the shield value in 10% and increase its cooldown to 8 minutes. That should handle it.

    OH BOY an actual good patch

    2 EEs down the drain, that only makes it speedier for Melisas EE to come. though then again the Parabellum and Ignes after the EEs despite this might not be seeing much light.

    cant await for glayde skin voicelines. for some reason im excited for how this to her plays out

    block buff - as i expected guessing from yesterday, they truly added something extra indeed. definitely welcomed though PvE might be stingier

    MORE BUFFS Jin, doesnt seem much significant, Irre got in a better state, Kei also got better. aside GKs, Jury might be interesting as we might see more light on her thanks to cheese skills. other than that i should perhaps consider getting down on building Na Yang Ho for reasons...

    ALSO ALL HAIL TO DAMIEN AND KIRNA NERFS MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN HEARD.

    also RIP Angela and her buffs



    might be interesting how they approach loyce too. definitely didnt expected her getting better, but i would want to guess sharp vigor might be buffed

    Ronald with a DM + active block will have 85% pen resist

    Kei is actally good now if you stack enough max hp on him (stone slot reroll is still a problum)
    (20% hp from ellatrience, next patch?)(40% defense from duke or sky)
    He can work if either hp ace or 4 man backline

    I'm definitely happy for these changes as they'll certainly help her but I'm unsure if it'll matter enough in the current meta. I know one thing tho.. Miri will still 2ko her.:D:(

    It's a shame he'll still be lackluster after his block. They should buff him a bit more and EXPAND HIS GODDAMN CHAINS. I understand that chains tend to have a certain connection with the lore, but I hate how certain players are pretty much unplayable outside mono element.

    That's the sad part of the Kirna nerf. She was my only real "counter" I had access to for that cookie-cutter meta (I don't have presty). So, any victories against opponents like that are pretty much going to be a guaranteed loss if they nerf her too hard.

    I'm not saying she doesn't need balance, but if it's so bad that I'm better off switching to Black Tortoise instead, I'm going to be pissed...

    I would tread carefully. They gave her the Alexa treatment. Now the stack only happens if the frontline itself is doing the action. Plus side is unlike Alexa Irre stacks last 8 minutes. RIP Alexa
